She has extensive experience as an Executive Director in the non-profit sports sector and serves as a college instructor in Business Administration. Elizabeth is dedicated to fostering inclusive and sustainable programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth. She believes in the transformative power of sports and is committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Marley Peters
Associate

Marley graduated from the Creative Communications program at Red River College in 2019, specializing in Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Internal Communications. She has contributed to organizations such as Speed Skating Manitoba and Team Manitoba, aiding their journeys to the Olympics and Canada Winter Games. Marley is passionate about accessibility and inclusivity, striving to create a more ethical world. She also serves as the Communications Chair with the Institute for International Women's Rights - Manitoba Chapter.

Amanda Wilks
Associate

Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Sport Business Management from Manhattanville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy from Norwich University. She has been involved in sport since childhood, eventually specializing in ice hockey, which she ultimately played at university. Amanda has worked in NCAA athletics for Sport Manitoba and a provincial sports organization. She believes in equal opportunity, the benefits of being a multi-sport athlete, and the role sport plays in creating opportunities and developing leaders.

Miguel Ardila
Content Creator Intern

Miguel Ardila is a marketing student at Red River College Polytechnic who’s passionate about digital marketing and sports. As a Content Creator Intern at WilDer Sport Management, he designs eye-catching visuals, schedules social media posts, and helps keep digital platforms running smoothly. A huge sports fan, Miguel loves the excitement and teamwork that come with the game. He enjoys collaborating with others, tackling new challenges, and continuously learning to sharpen his skills.

Kaitlin Funk

Senior Resource Coordinator at Morden Activity Centre, Business Instructor at Red River College Polytechnic, and Executive Assistant at WilDer Sport Management. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University, I have built a diverse career, previously working as an accountant assistant in both the agriculture and property management sectors, as well as a visitation hostess at Salem Home PCH. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and all things business math. My passion lies in helping individuals and organizations thrive by providing the right education and tools for success. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy gardening, cycling, hiking, swimming, and the thrill of roller coasters.
